On 23rd June 2026, NIMO CARE effectively participated in a training on Gender Transformative Approaches held at the Women’s Empowerment Centre, Buea Town under the project “Woman Eh: Wuna Place Dey.” NIMO CARE was represented by our CEO, Dr. Hedwig A. Ngwa, who joined stakeholders committed to advancing gender equality, dignity, and empowerment for women and vulnerable groups.

The training provided valuable insights on promoting equitable social norms, empowering women and widows economically, and strengthening organizational commitments to gender-responsive programming.
