Gender-based violence (GBV) in Cameroon is deeply tied to the unequal distribution of natural resources, where women face systemic exclusion, exploitation, and violence. During the 16 Days of Activism, it is crucial to spotlight how resource scarcity and discriminatory norms intensify GBV against women, and to call for justice, equity, and accountability in resource governance.
